Performance and application:

This product has an ester taste, which is slowly hydrolyzed in the air when encountering water vapor to generate corresponding silicone alcohol. Solubility: soluble in methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, toluene, acetone, etc. Mainly used for polyethylene cross-linking; Glass fiber surface treatment of glass fiber reinforced plastics; Synthetic special coatings; Anti lake surface treatment of electronic components; Surface treatment of inorganic silicon filler, etc. This product is an important cross-linking agent for cross-linked polyethylene, and is widely used in the manufacture of wire, cable insulation, sheath materials, cross-linked polyethylene pipes, etc. It can also be used as crosslinking agent for ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated polyethylene, ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer. It can be copolymerized with acrylic paint to make special exterior wall paint, which is called silicon acrylic exterior wall paint. This product can be copolymerized with a variety of monomers (such as ethylene, propylene, butene, etc.), or grafted with corresponding resins to make modified polymers for special purposes. This product is also a good accelerator for bonding silicone rubber with metals and fabrics.
