Processing program
1. Weigh the required amount of component A, put it into a container 3-4 times larger, add component B with a weight ratio of 10:1 or 1:1 in proportion, fully stir and mix it evenly, and then use it after vacuum deaeration.
2.25C operation time is 20-40 minutes, and it can be vulcanized within 80 ° C~120 ° C/30-40 minutes.
3. The operation time and curing time can be adjusted according to customer needs.
storage
To ensure the good quality of this product, it should be stored in a dry environment at room temperature of 25 ° C and in a sealed container. It should not be in contact with water or moisture to prevent viscosity increase, operation, time change and other deterioration.
Note that phosphorus, sulfur, amine, organic tin and other compounds may be poisoned by catalyst, which may cause the phenomenon of immature.
