Performance and application:

   The waterborne defoamer silicone defoamer has been used in chemical fiber fabric jet dyeing, chemical sewage treatment and other industrial processes, as well as PVC sintered plates for batteries.
In the process of jet dyeing of pure polyester and polyester polypropylene interwoven fabric, 0.3~0.5 g/l defoamer is added to the dye solution, which has good defoaming effect and does not affect the dyeing effect. The dyed fabric has stable color and is colorless.
300~500ml defoamer is added to every 100kg of resin in the PVC sintered separator, so that the separator of the battery will not produce foam during charging.
In chemical industry and sewage treatment, adding 0.6~1ppm defoamer in the aeration tank can greatly reduce foam, inhibit foam production, reduce environmental pollution and facilitate production and operation.
Packaging, storage, transportation and precautions:
50kg plastic bucket shall be used for packaging to prevent acid, alkali and other impurities from mixing. Layering may occur after storage for a long time, and it shall be used after mixing evenly; Keep the container tightly in a cool and ventilated place, away from heat and fire sources.
